The consideration of ethics begins only when a second party enters the stage, and the consequences of the actions undertaken by an actor impact this second person.

The Code of Business Ethics provides this detail through a series of action statements” associated with each core value that describe how we expect all employees and contractors to behave in relation to specific circumstances. And just as ethics should consider all consequences of a given action, it should also include every action in a chain of events, or what may be considered to be a course of interconnected actions. Public opinion is strongly opposed to it, and we believe business men are acquiring a higher standard of business ethics.
